Not only were we more than happy to spend several Saturday afternoons with her looking at houses because she is such a friendy, nice and knowledgeable real estate agent, but she got us our dream house. When we found the house there were already other bids in. Lori immediately worked hard, going the extra mile (or two or three) to communicate with the selling agent and write up a contract that got us the house, even though others had higher bids in. she is an incredibly experienced agent and I recommend Lori and “The Walters Team” to all my friends

It’s difficult to put into a few words my experience with Lori Bradley and “The Walters Team” The words “Lori worked her magic” keeping popping up. Lori with “The Walters Team” is the real estate agent that my daughter and her husband worked with a few years ago, and whom my daughter recommended I go with when I made the move from Vermont to Colorado. As an investor it is very important to work with realtors that are looking our for your best interest. I’ve been working with Amy Wagner with “The Walters Team” for about 4 years and found that she is one of very few realtors that take the time to work for ME. She has put extra effort into dead deals to make them work out. When I’m looking for a place to buy she knows what I’m looking for and doesn’t waste my time with properties that wont work for me. When she sells a house for me she is constantly looking for different angles that might work.
